Michael McCall Obituary
He was born Sept. 19, 1955, in Galesburg, the son of James Alvin and Clara Frances Diehl McCall.
He is survived by his stepdaughter, Nicole (Joshua) Stevenson of Kankakee; his brother, Daniel McCall of Galesburg; his two sisters, Shelley (Jeff) Boender of Gary, Indiana and Bonnie (Dave) Yeoman of Petersburg; and three grandchildren, Keion, Kecie and Kamar. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Michael was a truck driver for over 38 years, driving nine years for Holland Trucking and Maytag for 18 years. He drove truck for famous musicians and Broadway shows. Michael enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle and listening to music.
Funeral will be at noon, Monday, Feb. 19, 2018, at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel. Rev. James Ecklund will officiate. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Monday at the chapel. Cremation will follow services with burial at a later date in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation. Online condolences may be made at www.h-p-w.com.

So very sorry to hear of Mike's untimely passing. I spoke with him a couple weeks ago and he was excited to come out to Nevada for a visit next month.

Mike was my very first babysitting job--and we survived!. Whenever I saw Mike he had the sweetest smile. The world will miss Mike. All the McCalls are special to me but Mike was the first one I loved.
