Don, I meant to say Possum flats in my last post. A road you named off hwy99. Not felony flats! Bet you'd get a good chuckle from that one. Loved your laugh!

I remember going over to Beebe Ave and staying the night. I remember your great laugh and all your cooool projects and how you never treated me like a young punk. Thanks for modeling hard work for me and I have raised kids now that are hard working too. I love you, Georgia, Rich, Tony, Jenny all of you. Thanks for being such a good friend to my Daddy. Cant wait to see you both someday! Thanks for letting me store my boat in your backyard like you did. That was very nice of you. I am man of steel like you were now and I am a follower of Jesus as you were and are too. Nothing can stop us. Love Jeff Dahl

Don was a very special person to us and we loved him very much. He went through so much with his cancer but we never heard him complain. He was always more worried about being positive so as not to bring others down. We have never met a stronger person.
Don was the best friend a person could ever have. He was always truly interested in other people. He was always there when we needed him and always offered support when we were down.
Don was an inventor and we loved hearing about and seeing his latest projects and ideas. Don and his wife, Georgia could take what others would have thrown away and turn them into a work of art, both being very talented people.
Don was so proud of all of his children and grandchildren. He would truly "light up" when sharing stories with us about them.
For all of us who were fortunate enough to be able to be a part of his life, please know how fortunate we have been to have had him with us for as long as we did. So many people pass suddenly leaving us with the feeling that we didn't get to say enough. Don felt very fortunate to have the opportunity to say his goodbyes and to try to ease the burden of his loss for everyone else. He would not want anyone to feel sorrow at his going home for he is now with our Heavenly Father. He will always be with us in our hearts and memories and we will see him again one day.
Don, you were God's gift to us in so many ways and we love you so very much. Thank you for being a part of our life. We will meet again in God's timing.
Love,
Bill and Cindy

Don was someone I looked up to and he was a very youthful man that liked r/c planes and hot rods. Thanks Don for your kindness to me and being a role model for being a hard working man that loved Jesus. Sincerely, Jeff Dahl
