Kimberly Ann Tobin Mix, age 57, of Wolcott, passed away peacefully March 16, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Alessandro Mix.
Kim was born January 14, 1969, in Waterbury, a daughter of the late John and Gail (Bardwell) Tobin. She was a graduate of Watertown High School and earned her bachelor's degree at Post University. Kim was working as a finance manager at Traver Electric and most recently was a branch manager at Abel Transmission in Bristol. An avid golfer, Kim was also a member of the New Haven Dart League and was a member of Women in Manufacturing, but found her greatest joy being surrounded by family and friends. She will be greatly missed by those who were blessed to know and love her.
Besides her husband of 29 years, of Wolcott, she leaves her daughters, Stephanie Mix of Bristol, Allessandra Mix of Meriden; her brother, Ricky Tobin and his wife, Maryann of Harwinton; her sister, Jo-Ann Dupont and her husband, Steve of Watertown; her half-siblings, Ashley Tobin, Michael Tobin and James Tobin and his wife, Dezlie. She was predeceased by a brother, Jack Tobin.
Arrangements: Calling hours for Kim will be held on Saturday, March 21, from 9 AM until 12 noon at Chase Parkway Memorial/Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury. Burial will be private and at the convenience of her family.
