Sandra Lee (Davis) Guerrette, 67, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at St. Mary's Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald B. Guerrette Jr. Born on April 10, 1958, in Waterbury, Sandra was the daughter of the late Donald and Lois May (Wylie) Davis Sr. A loving mother, grandmother, and sister, Sandra was known for her warmth, strength, and generous spirit.
Sandra had a deep love for cooking and gardening, passions she pursued with joy and creativity. She and her late husband Donald also shared a fondness for classic cars, enjoying many years together as enthusiastic automotive aficionados. She is survived by her two sons, Christopher Guerrette and his fiancée Angela Boccuzzi of Wolcott, and Aaron Guerrette and his wife Gina of Wallingford. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Noah David-Donald, Peyton Christopher, Nola Leigh, and Don-Carl-Christopher. Sandra also leaves behind her brothers, Donald D. Davis Jr. and Alan Davis, both of Wolcott, and Leon Davis of Burlington, as well as several cherished nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, Sandra was predeceased by her brother Billy Davis and her sisters Connie Putnam and Nancy Erdley.
A funeral home service will be held on Thursday, September 4th at 12 p.m. at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 690 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott. Calling hours will precede the service from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband at Edgewood Cemetery, Wolcott.
