He was a part of our lives at several times through the years and especially when he was living and working in Roscoe. My deepest condolences to Marilyn and his children and he will always be remember very fondly by me. His life was a blessing to us all.

Mr. Welch was a great man and well liked Principal at Hubbard High School. Many of us have fond memories of him and speak of him often. I remember he and Marilyn were kind and brave enough to volunteer to drive us to cheerleading camp one summer! He was also a good neighbor to my family. Sending my condolences to the Welch family!
Sincerely, Kathy Howard Huddleston, HHS Class of 81'

Caffey was a great person and will be missed. He took a chance and hired me for my first head coaching job and made a lasting impact on me and my career. He was a good superintendent but an even better person. My prayers are with the Welch family.
