Elda Mae Bryant, 79, passed away January 16, 2018 in Aspermont, Texas with her family by her side.
Graveside service will be held at 3:00PM, January 19, 2018 at Old Glory Cemetery in Old Glory, Texas under the care and direction of Giles McCoy Funeral Home of Aspermont. Visitation will be Thursday, January 18, 2018, 5:00PM to 7:00PM at the funeral home.
Elda was born September 18th, 1938 in Jud, Texas to Herman Dugan and Vera Elizabeth Lewis Dugan. She attended Old Glory School. She married Beaty Ross Bryant May 29th, 1955. Elda along with her husband owned and operated Bryant Grocery Store, B and E Grain, Bryant's Fertilizer, and Bryant Insurance Agency.
Elda will always be remembered for her smile, laughter, and fun since of humor. She loved her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren dearly, and her loving, caring, and devoted husband of 62 years and 8 months, Beaty Ross Bryant.
Survivors include her husband Beaty Bryant of Old Glory, Texas; Daughter, Gail Morrow and husband Jackie of Aspermont, Texas; Sister in law Earlene Dugan of Odessa, Texas; Four grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Elda was preceded in death by her parents, sons Hank Ross Bryant and Rodger Dale Bryant, and brother Charles Dugan.
