KINNER

Betty E. Kinner, 75, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and loved ones on August 19, 2008. Betty was born August 27, 1932 in Gibbon, NB to Swan Thulin and Francis Corbett. Betty is survived by her husband, Richard of 46 years; daughter, Theresa (Mark) Schnabel; son, Mat (Karen) Kinner; stepson, Rick Kinner; grandchildren, Candace (Gerardo) Aguilar, Chrystie (Chris) Hughes, and Jake and Shane Kinner; great-grandchildren, McKenzie Aguilar and Faith Hughes; sister, Patti Brimhall and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers.

Betty was very active in gardening, canning, crafts and sewing. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, friends and family, as they brought her great joy. Betty was loving and caring and will be missed by all that knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Betty's name to the Arthritis Foundation, c/o Lillian Smith, 1330 West Peachtree Street, Ste. 100, Atlanta, GA 30309, or the charity of your choice. Memorial services will be held Friday, August 29, 2008 at the Veterans Cemetery in Fernley, NV at 10:30 a.m. You are invited to send a condolence message in the “Family Guestbook“ at the website of waltonsfuneralhome.com.
