We will certainly miss seeing him in our office. I will always remember him telling me "I used to have my office in this building" an we'd reminisce about all the other doctors who were here when he was. He was kind, funny and his patients loved him. He will be truly missed. My prayers are with Pat at this time. God bless.

I have known Doc since childhood, growing up with the family, he always had strong advice, in a gentle and caring way. Both the Carothers and Koon families are very deeply saddened. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you Mom (Pat) and family during this most difficult time. Doc will forever be in our hearts.

My mother Pat was his nurse for several years up until his retirement. He was a great doctor and a good boss.

Doctor,Mentor,Friend,Stepfather,Dad. One of the greatest gifts in life I have ever received was the privilege to be the Stepson to John M. Watson. His guidance and love changed my life for the better in so many ways. Dad will be part of me forever and I will miss him dearly.
