My sincere sympathy to the family of Stella. She will always be remembered by me for her kindness, friendship, and love. In recent years we had many phone conversations to keep in touch. She wrote beautiful letters about her family, the flowers in the garden, and her special home.
I was blessed to have known her in elementary school and then became reacquainted in adulthood. She is now at peace and no longer will have pain and discomfort. God bless you, Stella.

Stella loved: books, entertaining/cooking for family, gardening, and most of all, she loved her family. My sister raised me from infancy. She was a second Mother. Robin

Just wanted you all to know how much Paul and I loved "Aunt" Stella and will miss her. She was so much fun...so quirky, such a character. Kyle, you had such a special place in her life and in her heart. She told me when she was in Renown that you were always like the baby she never had.
We were all blessed that she was part of our family!
With love,
Cheri & Paul

Stella and I met when we were only 4 years old...she was my first friend. Taking great pride in her participation at the Orvis Ring Elementary School Pet Parade, Stella began cultivating dear and life-long friendships, capturing the "Double Dutch Jump Rope Championship," a title every little girl aspired to at Orvis Ring.
As years passed, Stella's joy in spending time with friends was unparalleled...besides teaching us the meaning of devotion, we learned selflessness and how to manage phone conversations lasting as long as 2-3 hours.
A classic beauty, Stella was generous and kind, giving when she didn't have. She adored her flowers, spending many hours each day cultivating her beautiful garden.
She enjoyed her neighbours and looked forward to traveling with them to garage sales and bookstores. Our special thanks to Sharon Collazo, for her special love and devotion to Stella.
Stella loved her God...together, we join hearts and smile knowing she is with Him today. We, her "Forever Friends," will carry Stella's love and laughter in our hearts, always.
