Bob, Shirley & family~
I'm so sorry to hear about Steve, I have many fond memeories of Steve, Gary, Bart and I playing ball (which ball depending on what season it may have been) and just growing up together as friends and neighbors. He was such a special young man and although I didn't know Steve as he grew into adulthood; from what I've read in your guest book, he had enriched the lives of all those he met in his journey through life. He looks just as I remember him so long ago and still that warm and glowing smile that he always had. I hope he didn't suffer in his battled with cancer the last couple of years. He is with the Lord now and I hope that God will help you and all your loved ones through this troubling time in your lives. My prayers and those of all my family are with you. I didn't hear about Steve's passing until after the funeral or I would have come to pay my respect to Steve and all of you as he was a memorable part of my life!

Shirley, Bob, and family,
I cannot even express how saddened I am to learn that Steve lost his long battle. As Christians we know he is in a better place, but we also know how hard it will be for all of you to continue forward from here.
I hope God wraps you all in his loving arms as you continue through this time.
Mayer and I send your our condolences and prayers.

So sorry to hear of Steve's untimely passing. Being an SAE pledge when Steve was a senior at Nevada, I didn't have much contact with him, but do remember both Steve and Gary as -eminently- nice guys. My condolences.

We knew Steve through Comstock Insurance and always enjoyed dealing with him. He was such a kind, helpful and just one of the nicest people in the world. His smile and personality always made you feel as if you were dealing with only the best. Cancer is such a horrific disease and the journey that you go on with a loved one with cancer is very difficult. Steve is in a much better place and as time passes, it does get better. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family and May God Bless All of You.

I remember the Prom at RHS where we had a gourmet dinner with our dates at the Kuchler House prior to heading out. Our families all chipped in to help make a great dinner and a special memory. Of all the times in High School, college and since, that memory sticks the best.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I worked with Steve for several years and enjoyed being with him. He was always a "great guy" to me. His eyes lite up when he talked about his wife and daughter.
Our prayers are with you and the memories of Steve will stay with us.

Very sorry to read about Steve's death. He wrote our business insurance for Sierra Supply for many years until the business was sold in 1998. Anyone who knew Steve was better off for having known him. My sympathy to his family.
