Wayne ~ You will always be in my heart and my thoughts until I can go camping with you again. Thank you for your love, warmth and friendship and especially for your love for Janet for all these years. You two have been my hero's and role models for a very long time. You have such a big heart to take everyone into your home when they needed a loving place to live. You were and still are one of the most wonderful men I have ever met.
BTW ~ We miss you Fran ! (private joke)

On July 30th, 2010 the world became a lesser place. I not only lost my brother, but my best friend as well. I will never look up at the night sky in the same way again. I will appreciate the vast desert vistas more now, then ever before, for I will now be seeing it all through his eyes His spirit lives on, and will guide me in all that I do. Although the tears will continue, this is indeed the time to dwell on the past, for all of the memories that fill my heart with joy will help to fill the void that now exists in my life. ~ Jim McKillip

Wayne was one of only 4 men (my son, my dad, & my brother) that I have truly loved in my life. My sister was and will continue to be the love of his life. When she was sick, I would wait for him to come home from the hospital at nite and we would talk and he would have 2 beers! I will forever remember our nites on their porch. Heaven is sooooo lucky to have him. ~ Wayne, find a porch and have 2 beers cuz one day I will be there to share with you again.
I love you forever,
Kathey

Wayne(Tom) was one of the nicest people I've meet in my life. He was a good friend, kind of like a big brother to me in my teen years.
My thoughts and prayers are with him and with his family and friends who will miss him.

Motorcycle rides, backpacking trips, desert hot springs, hiking the mountains above Soldiers Meadows, watching the stars above the Sheldon Refuge, a pale ale on a hot afternoon, enjoying a double rainbow after a brief rain shower. Your leaving has left a big hole in our lives.

None knew thee but to love thee,
Nor named thee but to praise.
While memory bids me weep thee,
Nor thoughts nor words are free,
The grief is fixed too deeply
That mourns a man like thee
