Daniel Keough Obituary

Daniel Joseph "Dan" Keough, 29, of Simsbury, Conn., formerly of North Kingstown, R.I., passed away suddenly and unexpectedly while playing soccer with friends in Connecticut Monday, May 18, 2015.

Dan graduated from North Kingstown High School and received a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Bryant University.
He was a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries.
Dan enjoyed nature, hiking, kayaking and was an avid New England sports fan. He volunteered with Read to a Child in Connecticut and the Rhode Island Special Olympics. Daniel lived life fully; worked hard and played hard. He cherished his many friends and family and always looked for the good in people.
A final gift of love was given by Daniel through tissue donation.
Besides his parents, Dan is survived by his brother, Patrick Keough of Connecticut; his sister, Lauren Keough of Nebraska; his 96 year-old grandfather, Joseph P. Keough of Johnston, R.I.; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was the grandson of the late Virginia M. Keough and Stanley and Stella Kosior.
