She was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick P. and Clara Oswald Stresing.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Woodward Ramsey; children, Shawn Ramsey, Indiana, Jodi Hamington, Massachusetts, Denise Ramsey, Caitlin Ramsey, David Ramsey, Lucas Ramsey, Cody Ramsey, Kimberly Ramsey, Kenneth Ramsey and Jacob Ramsey, all of Rockwood, Daniel Ramsey, Jeremy Ramsey and Jeremy Ramsey, all of Knoxville, Samantha Ramsey, Georgia, Joshua Ramsey, Chattanooga, Michael Ramsey, Johnson City, Rebecca Ramsey, Nashville, Robert Ramsey, Washington, Aaron Ramsey, New Mexico, Cyndi Moore, Harriman, and Patricia Rector, Alabama.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, March 24, in Evans Mortuary, Rockwood.
