Audrey R. Pendleton

Audrey R. Pendleton, 70, of Rocky Mount, Va., died on Monday, March 8, 2010. She was born on November 11, 1939, to Curtis and Nell Robertson. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; aunt, Audrey Eller; sister, Iris Shively; father-inlaw, Raymond Pendleton; and grandson, Brandon Roberts. She is survived by her devoted husband of 52 years, Jackie Pendleton; three sons, David Pendleton and girlfriend, Karen Brubaker, Steve Pendleton and wife, Becky, and Johnny Pendleton and wife, Missy; her precious grandchildren, Jessy and Kelsey Pendleton; motherin-law, Edna Pendleton; special friends, Brenda Wright, Sandy Jones, Betty Worley, Janet Willie, and Carol Woods; nephews, Coy Renick and Randy Renick; and many more family and friends. Funeral Services will be conducted 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 10, 2010, from Flora Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Eugene Chitwood and Chaplain Rick Poland officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park.
