Frances Zada Barr

Frances Zada Barr passed away January 14, 2007 at Alderwood Assisted Living, Central Point, Ore.

She was born December 2, 1916 to Warren Leslie Duncan and Chariety Frances Mothersead Duncan.

She worked as a pratical nurse at the Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara, Calif.

She enjoyed horses, surf swimming, tennis, softball, bowling, and ballroom dancing.

Survivors include a daughter, JoAnne Francess Carson; grandchildren, Deborah L. Oberdick, Douglas E. Carson, Monica L. Neeham, and Duncan J. Carson; 14 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lynn Leroy Barr.

No services are planned.

Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer Association.

Arrangements will be handled by Litwiller-Simonsen Funeral Home and Crematory, Ashland, Ore.
