To the Mr. Franklin D. Breedlove family-
Thanks for sharing your father-grandfather with us. 'Poppy' - as he would warmly respond to- was such a loveable, considerate gentleman. l can recall him sporting his ARMY cap(s) as he walked to the dining room with his walker. At the end of his meal, he was so conscious of wanting to pay for his dinner. That touched me!
As the winter of his days were nearing- he STILL had a ray of sunshine until that bleak day. Truly he had the fighting spirit of a solider. l will miss poppy.

My condolences to the Breedlove family. My great-aunt and uncle, Jake and Eileen Jacobs were Frank and Betty's longtime backyard neighbors, and I grew up knowing them. I remember them and Max fondly. Love, Wendy
