Sarah Holland Obituary

Sarah Austin Holland was called to her eternal home on Friday, March 16, 2007. Sarah was born to the late Robert Abraham Austin and Willie Joe Trigg on January 15, 1919 in Graham, Va. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Bernard Holland, II, daughter, Sara Holland Brown, sister, Ora Ghent and brothers, Robert Austin, Willmore Austin, Samuel Grant Austin and Harry Austin. Left to cherish her memory and rejoice in her homegoing are two sons, Richard Bernard Holland, III (Deborah) and Reverend Gary Wayne Holland (Sharon); seven grandchildren, Alfred Lee Levesy, Gary Aaron Levesy, Rita Levesy Lavender (Cedric), Richard Holland IV, Nicole Holland, Michael Holland (Victoria) and Garie Holland (K.C. Kevin) Bratton; nine nieces, Barbara Davidson, Sandra Jones, Sylvia Riley, Lavue McGue, Shirley Haynes, Patricia Sims, Judy Anderson, Willie Sealy, and Beverly Saunders. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at Trinity Community Baptist Church, 1814 Carroll Ave. with Rev. James E. Cook officiating. The interment will be in Williams Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service. Condolences may be sent to www.Hamlar-Curtis.com.
