Yvonne Alice Bazzle

Yvonne Alice Lohr Bazzle, 75, of Timberville, passed away January 25, 2025 at Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg. She was born September 4, 1949 in Rockingham County and was a daughter to the late Warren and Carleene Rader Lohr. Alice retired from Rockingham County Public Schools having worked in food service. She was a member of Bethlehem United Church of Christ near Broadway. On April 22, 1975 she married Charles Edward Bazzle, who preceded her in death on July 5, 2018. Surviving are a daughter; Holly Bazzle, of Broadway, two sisters; Yolanda May and husband Gerald, of Broadway, Deanna Foltz, of Monroe, and a brother; Kenneth Lohr and wife Karen, of Broadway. Preceding her in death was her brother-in-law; Eddie Foltz. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. Those wishing to sign a guestbook, may do so on Wednesday from 9 AM - 7 PM at the Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway. The casket will be closed.
