Stephen Webb Obituary

NASHVILLE - Stephen Ervin Webb, Sr., passed away, Monday March 25, 2013. He was born February 23, 1957 in Edgecombe County. Steve will be remembered by a host of hunting buddies and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Joyce Webb, brother, Bruce Allen Webb, sister, Pamela Webb, father-in-law and best friend, George A. Matthews.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 34 years, Natalie Matthews Webb, father, Preston Ervin Webb and wife Betty, son, Stephen Ervin Webb II and wife Jennie, daughter, Hillary Ellen Webb and husband Jessie, sister, Lynette Webb Edwards, mother-in-law, Mildred Evans Matthews, grandchildren, Taylor Brooke, Payton Nicole and Olivia Eva Marie Webb.
Memorial service will be Thursday, March 28, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Evan Bass and Rev. Phillip Quales officiating. Visitation will follow the service.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Momeyer Baptist Youth Fund at 4967 Momeyer Way, Nashville, NC 27856.
