Larry Roser Obituary

In Loving Memory

June 21, 1948 - April 2, 2025

Larry O. Roser, 76, of Altmar, NY, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse, NY.

He was born on June 21, 1948, in Orwell, NY, son of the late Osman and Rose Roser. He was united in loving marriage to Marilyn Dean Skinner on October 6, 1972. Larry served his country honorably as a member of the United States Navy. He would then go on to work for Laribee Wire and Walmart in Central Square, NY. He was a member of the Williamstown Seniors and a former member of the Ricard Grange.

He enjoyed camping, playing cards, riding motorcycles and hunting.

He was predeceased by his siblings, David and Linda Roser; and stepson, Randy Skinner.

Larry is survived by his wife, Marilyn; and sister, Juley Weisenburger.

Graveside Services, with full Military Honors, will be held at 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Camden. Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at LaRobardiere Funeral Home, 109 Main St., Camden, prior to the service in the Cemetery.
