Matthew Harris Obituary
Matt was born in Rome, on December 20, 1985, to the late Jerry and Cora Lamphier Harris, and graduated from Rome Free Academy. He worked as a butcher at Price Chopper in Rome. He was an avid Buffalo Bills fan, and enjoyed video games, martial arts, and spending time with his family and friends. He was a kind and caring person and always had a happy go lucky attitude.
Matt is survived by his sisters, Cathy (Justin Dehart) Dunham, and Victoria Byrd; his brothers, John (Ibi) Raymond, and Donald (Lisa Martin) Harris; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Jerry Harris, Jr.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to the Upstate University RN, Allie Espisto, for her compassion, empathy, and loving care she had provided to Matt, as well as the family.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Barry Funeral Home, 807 W. Chestnut Street.
