A very big loss to the members of United Polka League (UPL) as his dedication and care to promote bringing people together to enjoy some "happy music" was truly remarkable. His president's notes in the UPL newsletter often contained thought provoking facts and encouragement to look at life in an optimist way and his welcoming manor at the UPL dance was always a bright spot. Bob and I worked in the Calibration lab at Griffin's AFB for nearly 20 years. Our benches were kitty corner so we had alot of time to share fixing problematic issues on test equipment and enjoy each others sense of humor! He was a good friend and it was my honor to call him that.Gods Speed buddy, you and your family are in my prayers....Mike Dunn
