Ann Reese Obituary

ANN ELIZABETH REESE, 46 MADINAH, Saudi Arabia - Ann Elizabeth Reese, 46, died Friday, June 1, 2012, at her home in Madinah. Born Nov. 1, 1965, in Rochelle, Ill., daughter of David and Donna Reese. Ann spent her childhood in Cherry Valley, Ill. Graduated from Jefferson High School and attended Concordia University in Mequon, Wis. Ann married Ali Khashogji in 1989 and moved to Madinah in 1993, returning to Illinois to spend many summers with her family. Ann leaves behind husband, Ali; five children, her pride and joys: sons Muhammad and Saad, and daughters Aliyah, Sarah and Khadeejah, all of Madinah. Survived by parents, Dave and Donna Reese of Loves Park, Ill.; and sisters, Ellen (Mark) Olson of Roscoe, Ill., and Beth (Tom) Lemiesz of Machesney Park, Ill. Ann also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends all over the world. A celebration of life will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 24, at Harmon Hall in Roscoe (Ill.) United Methodist Church, 10816 Main St.

Ann will be remembered so fondly by me. She reached out to me through facebook and sent photos of the 2 of us as ballerinas and girl scouts... such happy memories. And when we lost my Dad last year a beautiful letter of comfort. Your family is in my prayers.
