Rev Engel was a true servant of the Lord and we are all richer for having known him. He always had time for everyone no matter how busy he was. I enjoyed the years that he was the minister at Pearl City Zion. I remember he made a trip to the St Mary's Hospital, Rochester, MN to visit me when I had knee surgery there. Kathy and Kelly you and your brothers are in my prayers and
my deepest sympathy to each of you and your extended families.

Rev Engel was a wonderful minister and man. He was well liked by everyone in Lena, Illinois. I am glad I was a member of the Methodist Church and he was the minister for so long in our area. Wonderful man.
