PHYLLIS H. KASKAVAGE, 73 OREGON - Phyllis H. Kaskavage, 73, of Oregon died Saturday, Feb. 9, 2008, in Pinecrest Manor, Mount Morris. Born Dec. 6, 1934, in Berlin, Wis., the daughter of Henry and Mabel Calkins Morrow. Married to Thomas Kaskavage on Oct. 2, 1952, in Berlin; he died April 26, 1999. Phyllis moved from Oregon to Fairbury with her husband, Tom, in 1979 and returned to Oregon in 2000 following his death. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church of Oregon and the Catholic Daughters of America. Phyllis was a volunteer for Lifeline Food Pantry and at many church activities. Survived by sons, Michael (Joan) Kaskavage of Nevada, Texas, and Patrick (Margaret) Kaskavage of Forrest; daughters, Laurie (Jeff) Corcoran of Oregon and Julie (Tony) Hooker of Villa Grove; daughter-in-law, Julie Kaskavage of Oregon; 18 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; broth-er, Patrick (Marsha) Morrow of Wild Rose, Wis.; and sisters, Ramona (Artie) Hicks and Carol (Ralph) Montgomery, both of Lubbock, Texas. Also preceded by her parents; and son, Mark. Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, in St. Mary Catholic Church, Oregon, with the Rev. Richard Kramer, pastor, as celebrant. Burial in St. Mary Cemetery, Oregon. Visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, in Farrell-Holland-Gale Funeral Home, Oregon. Memorials may be made to KSB Hospice or charity of the donor's choice.
