Jesse Lee Maxham

Jesse Lee Maxham, 34, of North Clarendon, passed away June 30, 2016, surrounded by his family at Rutland Regional Medical Center.
He was born Aug. 24, 1981, in Rutland and attended Lathrop High School in Fairbanks, Alaska, and Mill River Union.
He was employed by Fresh Farms Beef Slaughterhouse in Rutland until it was destroyed by fire, The Royal Butcher in Randolph and most recently, Abatiell Flooring.
Jesse's charming wit and infectious smile were captivating. He started swimming, fishing and riding horses at a young age and enjoyed doing these things throughout his life.
He had a love for animals and in turn, they were drawn to him. Wherever he was, Jesse was always ready to pitch in and help. He was a jack of all trades. He loved a good movie and could quote almost any of them.
Jesse's niece, Shyanne, nephews Bay and Sage were dear to him from the day they were born and he enjoyed spending time with them. He took them fishing, exploring and would sometimes show up at their house annoquncing, come on, get ready. We're going swimming!
Jesse is survived by his father, Robert Maxham and girlfriend, Barbara Tuttle, of North Clarendon; his mother, Linda Durkee Adams, and husband, David, of West Haven; sister, Stacy (Maxham) Sanchez, her husband Santiago, their sons Bay and Sage of Proctor and their daughter, Shyanne Kelly, of Anchorage, AK; his girlfriend, Keeley Lebo of North Clarendon; aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Carl and Hilda Maxham of Rutland; maternal grandparents Basil and Mildred Durkee of North Clarendon; and uncle, Carl Maxham II of East Pittsford.
There will be a Celebration of Life at the North Clarendon Grange on Saturday, July 23, 2016, from 1 to 4 p.m.
