Betty,
It is always difficult to find the right words to say upon the loss of a child. Please take comfort in remembering happier moments and knowing those memories will always remain. Your family is in my prayers.
Sincerely,
Al Pemberton Jr.

Betty...and close family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I remember when my sister used to babysit both Ricky, and Michael. She used to bring them both down to the house and let me take over the babysitting chores for a few; it was all super fun with many laughs from both Ricky & Michael. The last time I remember Mike he was probably 6-7 yr old. I had never heard his name again until these recent past events as I returned to VT. Again, so very sorry!!

My condolences to the family of Michael Battles. During such a grievous time words seem to be of little comfort. One way God helps us is by means of "the comfort of the holy spirit" Acts 9:31. My hope is that God will strengthen you and give you a measure of comfort and peace until His promise is realized.
