McAlpine, Jr., Al Loren
Born 10/15/40 in Visalia, CA. Passed away 1/23/10. Al is survived by his life partner, Ted Hirano, Twin sister Sydne Shoemaker (Ed), nieces Christin Roscoe and Lynn Hinton. Al was preceded in death by his parents, Al Loren, Sr., and Ruth Fair McAlpine. After graduation from High School in 1959, Al served in the Air Force until 1965. In 1982, Al moved back to the family ranch in Brown's Valley to assist his Father and Mother. In 1992 Al moved to Sacramento to start a career as a Realtor with Davis & Davis Assoc. Al enjoyed gardening, discovering and sharing invasive plants and hosting parties at his house for friends and clients. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
