WALES, Clara Caecilia
4/22/1915 - 5/02/2005
Entered into rest May 2, 2005 at age 90. Born April 22, 1915 in Lemberg, Sask, Canada to Simon and Maria Mohr. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Ralph W. Wales of 59 years. Her loving family will forever miss her. Daughters: Nora Lea Wassner, Jenine Wales and Candice Jeffcoat; Son, Ronald Wales; 24 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. Also survived by sisters, Edna Pryor and Marlene Simpson, and brother, Ronald Mohr. Clara moved to Sacramento around 1925 with her family. With the exception of a short time living in San Francisco, CA, Milford, CA and 7 1/2 years on a dairy farm outside Elk Grove, CA; she lived in Sacramento, the rest of her life. At the age of 58, she retired from the State of California Board of Equalization with 15 years of service as a Comptometer Operator. Friends and family are invited to attend services at 1PM on Tuesday, May 10, 2005, at Sacramento Memorial Lawn, 6100 Stockton Blvd. In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorials to charity of choice. A celebration of life will follow the service at the home of Candy Jeffcoat. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Sacramento Memorial Lawn Mortuary.

Jenine, Candy, Nora Lea and Ron: The tribute to your mother is lovely. You must miss her terribly. I am so sorry for your family's loss. Clara always met me with a big smile. I will think of her as the picture depicts -- a little impish and a lot gracious.
