Danielle Amos Obituary

June 10, 1987 - June 12, 2006

A Mass of Christian Burial for Danielle Alana Amos, 19, of Vacaville, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Joseph's Catholic Church.

Father Vincent O'Reilly will officiate. Interment will be in the Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery.

Danielle passed away tragically June 12, 2006, in San Antonio, Texas. She was born June 10, 1987, in Missouri. Danielle was a loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece and aunt. She had a carefree spirit and a loving quality that touched many people. Danielle attended Sierra Vista Elementary School, Vaca Pena and Vacaville High School. She was aspiring to become a beautician. Danielle now rests in peace. She is deep in our hearts and will never be forgotten.

Danielle is survived by her parents, Robert and Pam of Vacaville and Katherine Cunningham of Texas; brothers and sisters, Jason of Vacaville, Diana and Gary Nicholds of El Cerrito, Christina of Dallas, Ryan and Janelle Cortez of Vacaville, Justin Cortez of Vacaville and Jennifer Cortez of Vacaville; grandmothers, Jean Fuhrman of Vacaville and Carol Kennedy of Modesto; great-grandparents, Bert and Effie Hemmingsen of Fairfield; aunts and uncles, Julie and Phil Covell of Vacaville, Lori and Jim Perry of Vacaville, Keith Beights of Santa Barbara and Kevin Beights of Kansas City; cousins, Lisa (Brian) Scott and their daughter, Sydney, and Melissa, Alanna, Aaron and Dylan Covell, Mark Speer, Kaylee and Jimmy Perry; nephews, Austin and Andrew Nicholds, Damian Cortez and Gabriel Saenz; niece, Ashlyn Nicholds; and many more extended family members and dear friends.

Danielle was preceded in death by her sister, Julianne.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made at any Wells Fargo Bank to the Danielle Amos memorial fund.

Arrangements are under the direction of Vaca Hills Chapel Funeral Home, 446-3233.

Danielle was a wonderful person that will never be forgotten. I have so many wonderful memories of her that will be in my heart forever. I wish I could name all the memories I have, but there are just too many. All of you hold such a special place in my heart. May God be with all of you in this time of need. My heart and prayers go out to Danielles family, such a tragic ending for such a beautiful girl. I got the pleasure to know Danielle thru Lindsey many years ago and she got to know me as "Friend". I will forever have you in my prayers and you will never be forgotten...Bob and Pam, God needed a special Angel and he chose Danielle to be with him and to look over all of us, one day we will all be reunited...GOD BLESS
