Dennis DOUGHERTY Obituary
Passed away on December 19, 2009, in Sacramento, Calif., at the age of 57 years. Dennis was preceded in death by his father John ''Jack'' Dougherty, and sister Judy DeVries. He is survived by mother Winifred (Dieter) Dougherty; sister and brother-in-law Ellen and Gerald Arnold of Downers Grove, Ill.; brother John and sister Mary Kay Dougherty; nephew Robert DeVries; and nieces Elizabeth and Karen Arnold. Family and friends are welcome to attend the Memorial Mass on Tuesday, December 29, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 660 Florin Road, Sacramento, Calif. Inurnment will be private. The family would especially like to give thanks and prayers to Aissata Morton and Vivian Eastman for their wonderful care of Dennis. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to UCD Hospice Program or the SPCA services both of Sacramento.

We haven't seen Dennis in years, but will always remember the twinkle in his eye and his great laugh. It was infectious. Our deepest condolences to Winnie, Ellen, Jerry, Beth and Karen, Mary Kay, John and Rob. You are all in our prayers.
