Doris Hardin Obituary

HARDIN, Doris It was a beautiful, sunny day when God's good and faithful servant, and mother to Regina and Michele, answered eternity's call to sweet rest. Born July 1, 1929, in Marshall Texas, her courageous battle with diabetes ended in beauty, strength and final peace. A retired elementary school teacher, she was a soldier and an inspiring example. The family extends heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Sutter, Sutter Hospice, the teams at IHSS and SHRA. We are eternally grateful for the support and commitment of nurses Libby and Martha. Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Thursday, April 23 from 2-6 at Thompson's Rose Chapel, 3601 - 5th Avenue. We will Celebrate Her Life at Antioch Progressive Church, 7650 Amherst Street, Sacramento, Friday, April 24 at 11:00 a.m.
