Duncan Davidson Obituary

DAVIDSON, DUNCAN C.
Born January 31, 1959, died February 27, 2002 at home. Duncan made his home in Woodland along with his fiance', and best friend Tami Scarpitti and her children Vincent 12, Lyndsay, 10 and Jeremy, 7. He also leaves his mother Mary Ryan and her husband George Ryan. Mr. Ryan was to officiate at the marriage of Tami and Duncan in May. He also leaves siblings Toni King, Linda Hoffman and her husband Jude as well as his Aunt Mildred and her husband Don Horton, his Uncle George Denny and wife Barbie, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Before moving to Woodland he worked in set construction for TV and motion pictures in Culver City for 20 years. Most recently he was working as the maintenance supervisor for Trovas Apartments in Natomas and prior to that at Woodland's Woodmark Apartments in the same capacity. He was a proud father and enjoyed his new family. He volunteered as an umpire for CAL-RIPKIN baseball and a coach for youth bowling at Woodhaven Lanes in Woodland. Last December he accomplished his dream of bowling at the Reno National Bowling Stadium. Woodhaven Lanes is planning a tournament in his honor. Services will be held at the New Testament Church, 108 West Woodland Avenue, Woodland CA at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 9, 2002.
