JAMES, ELARIS MARIE
59, married to an Army Sgt. for 38 years, left this earth on December 8, 2002 and entered Heaven. She passed away at home with her family by her side. She had so much to give and share with everyone. She was a devoted wife and mother. She retired from Southern Pacific as a Stenographer after a battle with ill health. She will be greatly missed. Beloved wife of John James and mother of Rodney James. A devoted grandmother of Jasmine James. The daughter of Rodney and (Omega of Richmond, VA) and beloved sisters Laneta Calbert of Stockton, CA, Virginia of Stockton, CA, Pearl Carpenter of Isleton, CA and brother Calvin Jones of Vacaville, CA and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Everyone loved her so very much. A native of Stockton, lived in Sacramento 40 years. We know she will rest in peace. Viewing at Sacramento Memorial Lawn, 6100 Stockton Blvd. Burial will take place on Dec. 12th at New Hope Baptist Church, 3700 32nd St., Sacto, CA.
