Today, on top of the 25-story Bank of the West Tower, I saw the flag flown at Half Mast. What a beautiful AMERICAN Flag and a beautiful designed building! Rest In Peace, Mr. Tsakopoulos

Dearest Tsakopoulos Family . I am very saddened by the passing of Mr. George. I had the fortunate opportunity to meet him and his most precious wife , SUE , about 15 years ago , and through time , every now and then. George took fasination with the fact that I was held HOSTAGE ny the IRAQIS back in 1990 , and he never told me anything about his 'young' past
The greatest lessons in life are learned by keeping your eyes and ears open , and your mouth shut. I will miss YOU, GEORGE!!

My husband and I met George and his wife in the 80's. We had a janitorial service and were cleaning a new Wells Fargo bank in preparation of opening. I guess they stopped by to see how it was going. He was so nice and down to earth,he shook my husband's hand and said that my husband had a "working mans" hands like his.We never forgot that visit and related it many times to friends. My husband now has dementia and doesn't remember this encounter any more but I do and will never forget his friendliness. Much sympathy to all of George's family.
