Sad to hear about Glenn passing. I met Glenn on Rogers road where I lived the past 13 years as he monitored his crossing team run up a d down the top of the hill on Rogers road. Glenn was a pleasant soul. I would like to forward my regards to his family. Rest in peace.

With great sadness to hear the news of the passing of our beloved Coach....
There are no words to describe the wonderful, amazing experience that coach Roger's gave to my kids Jordan and Julianna and their teammates. There is no end to the amazing man he was. He instilled and ingrained greatness in all whom encountered him, a mind sharper than anyone we've ever known, an encyclopedia of knowledge that was so incredible. There will be some big shoes to fill here to say the least. I could go on and on, there is no end. Our thoughts and prayers to all of the Roger's Family we thank you for sharing an incredible man with the Sheldon X-Country Team and their Families. He is greatly missed by many.

What a shock for Jennifer and I to hear of Glenn´s passing. I had the great honor to work, play sports and especially fish in the Van Fleck ponds for all those bass with Glenn. So sad to hear he left us so young

I made a joke one day. I said "come out for cross country they said, it would be fun they said". I had just dinished a painful run our coach knew would make us better. He didnmt only make us better runners. He taught us morals that we took seriously as we left high school. What they also didn´t tell us besides us running 10+ miles on the weekend was that it was Coach Rogers that would be driving, us feeding us, and taking care of us. All our worries went away and we couldn´t help but smile as we walked through the gates for practice. Coach put a priceless sense of self worth in myself. He pushed us and encouraged us to succeed even when we didn´t know we could. I hope there´s no sadness when we think of coach because He lived life to the fullest. Im proud to have been coach by him. I only hope he knows how much we all loved him. Thank you so much to his family for taking care of him so that we all had the chance to meet such a great man. It doesn´t get better than Glenn Rogers. I pray he rests easy and enjoys the fruits of the integrity, kindness, and love he showed every person he met while he´s running his next leg in the sky. Prayers to the Rogers family. Thank you coach Rogers for being apart of who and where we all are today. <3
