Herb Was a very good friend of my father, Ted Tabarracci. Dad just loved him! Herb built a wonderful ramp for my dad when he lost his legs to diabetes. Our family was SO grateful to him for that. We will never forget him.

Herb was a very good friend and partner in several Amateur Radio related activities. We teamed up when helping the CDF with Red Flag Patrols. He was Net Control with the State OES and the BloodSource. He was a handyman's handyman. Very talented. I will miss him greatly.
