Hermi Cassady Obituary

Cassady, Hermi Jacobs began a new adventure on July 11th surrounded by loving family. Born in 1931 to Herman and Kate Jacobs and a Sacramento native, she attended El Dorado and Kit Carson, Sac High, San Juan High and Mills College. She was a woman of many talents including competitive horse jumping, avid motor-bike rider, photography, gardening, a voracious reader, author, genealogist, business owner, ever curious and the leader and chief photographer of innumerable family adventures. Married to loving husband, Clyde for 66 years, their family includes son Dave (Angela), daughter Nora (Jim) grandsons Dustin, Ryan and Eyan, great-grandson and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Her generous, loving and adventurous soul will be dearly missed. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
