James Bryant Obituary
Died May 2, 2002 in Woodland, CA at age 93. Born June 14, 1908 in Charlie, Texas. He served in the U.S. Navy and the Merchant Marines during World War II. Mr. Bryant owned car dealerships in Sacramento, Oakland and Cincinnati, Ohio for 20 years. He sold cars at Aloha Motors for 10 years before retiring. Mr. Bryant is survived by his children, Betty West of Mission Viejo, Linda Bryant-Daigh, Newport Beach, Patricia Bryant-Gedney of Woodland, James Bryant Jr. of Honolulu, HI and Kathy Dove of Costa Mesa. Among the other survivors are 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren as well as his sister, Ellen of Texas. Mr. Bryant was preceded in death by his wife Edith E. Bryant. Services will be scheduled at a later date in Hawaii. McNary's Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
