Had breakfast (kielbasa and fried rice or some such concoction) at Joe Marty's with Joey and his dad Elmer, Joey could be a pest (wouldn't let you forget) but he was the best and the Post Office was lucky to have a great worker like him....I am sure he will be missed at Land Park and environs....he's with the angels now.

Joey was such a dear soul. My deepest sympathy is with you. Our families (Renfree and Bowa) go way back to the good old days. I saw Joey often over the years at Taylor’s Market. We always had the same conversations about those good old days with Reg Renfree, Paulie and Mary Bowa, and Larry Bowa. I will miss seeing him and sharing those special memories.
