Julia Fuller Obituary

Born May 15, 1935 in Los Angeles, Died February 27, 2018. Julie was raised in LA and on a dude ranch in south central Oregon. This vibrant, supportive and loyal woman nicknamed 'toots' met Douglas, her husband of nearly 60 years, at the University of Oregon. After graduation (and 4 children) they moved to Sacramento and settled into the suburbs living the classic lifestyle ala Dick Van Dyke Show. Julie raised the kids, cooked wonderful meals and held the house together. They found a church they loved and embraced and when the kids were old enough, she worked as the church secretary for twenty-one years. Doug and Julie enjoyed traveling, dancing, and supported many passions such as the Jazz Jubilee and Senior Gleaners. She is survived by an adoring husband and four loving children, Edmund, Eric, James and Christine, ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. Julie will be missed by her many friends and family. She had a full life, well lived and was loved by all. Memorial - April 22nd 12:30pm at Arden Christian Church, 4300 Las Cruces Way, Sacramento. Reception to follow.
