Kelley Tracy Obituary

Kelley Anne Tracy
August 8, 1966 - September 10, 2022
Sacramento, California - Kelley Anne Tracy was born on August 8, 1966 in Roseville, California, to Dorothy Ann Ormsby and William Thomas Keeney. She passed away suddenly on September 10th, 2022.
A resident of Sacramento, Kelley is survived by her children, Jesse, James, and Jasmine Barba; Brianne, Brian Jr., Lawrence, and Nicole Tracy; grandchildren, William, Jasper, Mateo, Lyla and Logan; mother, Dorothy; grandmother, Lois Beck; siblings, Kerry, Kris, Kelsey and Trey; beloved nieces and nephews and their children; former husband, Brian Tracy; and countless cherished friends and family.
As a child, Kelley enjoyed competing (and winning) in multiple equestrian disciplines with her horse, Mighty Mike. She graduated from East Nicolaus High School, Class of 1984, and lived a life of adventure as a young woman traveling across much of California, the United States and Mexico.
Professionally, Kelley was a specialist in contracts and billing management in the North American steel industry, serving as Project Administrator and Contracts and Billing Manager for more than 25 years.
She was fearless and resilient through good times and bad. A motorcycle enthusiast, she enjoyed adventure riding in the Sierra Nevada mountains and along the California coast. She was an excellent marksman, certified in scuba diving, a talented artist, seamstress and cook.
Above all, she was an ideal mother and grandmother. Endlessly caring, playful, and generous with her love, she always made time for her family. It was her greatest joy. And we are grateful for every moment we had with her.
A private memorial service will be held. To contact the family or offer remembrances, please email:
