Mae Nutter Obituary

Born January 15, 1924 in Roseville, CA to Otto and Lillian Murray Passed January 8, 2019 at home with her loving family. Preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Nutter (45 years), parents Otto and Lillian Murray, and brother Sonny Murry. Survived by daughter LaVonne McKinney, Son Curt (Carrie) Nutter, sister Betty Thienes, 4 grandchildren and 14 Great grandchildren. During WWII, she worked at McClellan Field, and later for many years at Hales / Weinstock's. Jerry and Mae raised their family in North Highlands where they enjoyed many family BBQ's, a lot of fun get togethers with friends, so many happy memories. She loved playing cards (loved to win), and bowled and played golf well into her 90's. She loved fun times and traveled the world with Sonny. (27 Cruises). Mae was always a happy lady..A Great Life! Many thanks to Kaiser Hospice, Dr. Raymond Jones for the loving care. Special thanks to our Angel's on Earth "Carrie" and "Sharron". We are sad but joyful that mom received the Lord Jesus before her passing. We will all meet in heaven in God's time. Thanks Mom for all your love. Funeral services will be private.

I want to thank James k. Hill for posting that awesome picture of my grandparents I never saw a picture of them so young. I can't express how valuable this is to me. I wish I knew the exact date.My Grandma was always a timeless beauty not only her physical beauty but her personality was absolutely gorgeous, she's truly missed but never forgotten.

As child, I remember Mr. and Mrs. Nutter as very kind and full of life as they played on a bowling league with my parents Jim and June Hill. My sister in-law found this picture and share just in the last month.
