Michael Cox Obituary

Michael James Cox, 33, of Rocklin passed away on May 22, 2013 in a tragic car accident. He graduated from Del Oro High School in 1999 and received a degree in economics from Sacramento State University. He found great satisfaction in his work as a sales representative at HWAVE, in particular caring for people with chronic pain. Michael found tremendous joy playing with his children and spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed being active outdoors: camping, playing frisbee golf, volleyball, hunting, and fishing especially with his dad and brother. It was Michael's nature to be loving, patient, kind, humble, honest and hopeful. He approached life with a gentle, quiet, unshakeable strength. At a young age, he gave his heart to the Lord, and as a man, he was a vessel for God by showing Christ's love to others. He is survived by his wife, Krystal and their three children, Hudson (7), Camille (5), and Isabelle (3), his parents Alan and Linda, and his brother Dan as well as a loving circle of extended family. A memorial service for Michael will be held on at 10am Wednesday May 29th at Bayside Church. 8191 Sierra College Blvd, Roseville. All are welcome. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Michael James Cox Memorial Fund for his children. Donations can be made to the fund at any Wells Fargo Bank location.

I didn't know Michael or his family but my mother's resting place is close to his. I went to put some flowers back up on his stone that must've fell from a breeze and was heartbroken to see that he was so young and left behind a young family.

My prayers and warmest thoughts to Krystal and their children *BIG HUG*

My heartfelt condolences to the Cox family. Mike was such a genuine human being, and so passionate about his work. He would call on our office, and our conversations would turn to kids, fishing, hunting and golfing. You will be sorely missed my friend. Steve Toy, Golden Bear Physical Therapy.

my heart goes out to all his family and friends. I was previledged to have Hudson and Camille in the nursery at Community Bible Study in Roseville. You know the parents are loving and walking in the light when the children are so sweet and loving. You will continue to be in my prayers. May the peace of our Lord comfort you and hold you up in this time of loss. So many love and care for you, you have no idea.....in His love, Malinda Bartels
