Olivia Robinson Obituary
ROBINSON, Olivia
Passed away on January 29, 2004. Olivia was born August 2, 1936 in Fairfield, Alabama to Arthur and Olivia Brown. Faced with challenges that could have easily broken her spirit, Olivia's strength and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, allowed her to live a productive life and leave joyous memories and a legacy of love for all who knew her. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Eugene Robinson, children Ramona Hicks of Decatur, Georgia; Eugene Robinson, Jr., of Fair Oaks, California; Regina Stewart of Rancho Cordova, California; and Rodney Robinson of Rancho Cordova, California. Olivia is also survived by sisters Elmarie Beal of Detroit, Michigan; and Lucinda Dickson of Bakersfield, California; nine grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. Memorial services and a celebration of Olivias life will be held, Tuesday, February 10, at 11am at the Center of Praise Cathedral, 23rd and Capitol, Sacramento. In lieu of flowers, remembrances can be made to a scholarship fund set up in her name. Please send donations to: Scholarship Commission, c/o Mrs. Merry Jones, 5300 Court H, Birmingham, Alabama 35208.
