Fair Oaks, California - Ryan Gregory Sincoff, born in Sacramento on September 27, 1989, passed away on September 25, 2021. Ryan lived in Fair Oaks and attended Bella Vista High School, American River Junior College and Humboldt State University. Ryan was a fun loving, kind and caring individual. He was a gifted musician and played both the saxophone and guitar. Ryan also had a great love for the outdoors, especially the redwoods. Ryan passed from complications of schizophrenia; an illness he courageously fought for 12 years to overcome. He is survived by his parents, Dave & Sandy Sincoff, his brother Kurt, his twin brother Eric (Scarlett) and two nephews, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Family services will be private.

My heartfelt sympathy to the Sincoff family. I worked with Ryan's mother for many years and even had the pleasure of seeing her at the hospital after giving birth to her twin boys. He was born into an exceptional family. I am so sorry.
