BERNARDIS, Stasia
Was born on October 19, 1923 in Sacramento, and passed away in Sacramento, on September 29, 2004. Wife of the late Paul Bernardis Jr., also survived by her six children; Christine, Paul III (Kathryn), Michael (Emily), Brian (Carol), Tim (Claudia), Peter (Peggy), and her grandchildren; David, Matthew, Michelle, Nicole, Whitney, P.J., Kelly, Colleen & Lilly. Sister of Maryjo Burden, Peggy Smith, and the late Reverend Bertrand Horbrecht, O.F.M, Beata Tannahill, J.P. Hobrecht, Reverend Hilary Hobrecht, O.F.M and Teresa Suggett. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. & Mrs P.J. Hobrecht. Friends are welcome to attend a vigil service at Sacred Heart Church, 1040 39th Street, on Monday at 7:00pm. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial to be offered for the repose of her soul will be held at the church on Tuesday at 10:00am. Private Interment will be at St. Mary's Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Sacramento Food Bank, 3333 3rd Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95817, Alzheimer's Aid Society of Northern California, 2641 Cottage Way, Sacramento, CA 95825, or the Mercy Foundation for the Mercy Novitiate, 3400 Data Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670.
