Susan ANDERSON Obituary

ANDERSON, Susan Kay
Crockett
Passed away peacefully on April 18, 2012 in Roseville, CA after a brief but difficult illness. She was born in Los Angeles on September 29, 1953 to Stanley Kay and Ella Uarda Grey Crockett who were married in the Salt Lake Temple. Susan was a loving mother of two children and three grandchildren, a good neighbor to all, and a loving daughter of her widowed mother whom she visited daily, and often on the telephone. They were best of friends. Susan grew up in Carmichael attending local schools, BYU at Provo, and received an accounting degree from CSUS, working many years as an accountant with several well-known companies. She loved sports especially softball, and was even a basketball referee. She learned to play the piano well, a joy for her family. She is loved by family and friends. We know she has returned to a loving Heavenly Father, and to be with family and friends while preparing the way for us to follow. She is survived by children Stephanie and Shawn Anderson; three grandchildren, Billie Ella, Jordan, and Cole; former husband, Jesse; brothers Brent Crockett, of Lakewood, Washington, and David Crockett of McDonough, Georgia; uncle Paul and aunt Barbara Crockett of Salt Lake City; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A graveside service will be held at Camillia Memorial Lawn Cemetery, 10221 Jackson Rd, Sacramento, CA 95827 on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 12 noon. Following the graveside service a reception will be held from 1- 6 PM for visitation at the Fairfield Marriott Inn, 10745 Gold Center Dr, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670, 916-858-8680.

I was Susan's supervisor from 94-05 at Financial Pacific. She was a hardworking and dedicated employee. She did her job well. She took great pride in her family - and often spoke of her children and grandchildren. Susan was very sharp and kept me on my toes. I enjoyed working with and knowing her. May her memory be for a blessing.
