JOHNSON, Tor
Loved so deeply by his family and friends, went to live with the angels on November 22, 2005. When his lungs could no longer invigorate his body, his heart gave out at the UCD Medical Center. On January 7, 1973 Lewis and Debbie Johnson were blessed with the birth of their son Tor. He was always the big brother to sister Terra and brother Rip. As Tor's best friend and in his own words, his second father; Mike Bennett was always there for him and Tor loved him deeply. He married Lisa Johanson and was devoted to her. Del Paso Heights was his neighborhood from birth. All that met him considered him a friend. Those closest to him grew with him. Even though he spent only 32 years in this world he made us all better. Now we will live with his spirit until we join him to spend eternity. He loved us all deeper than we could ever expect. But that was Tor. He spent his life filled with an intensity that was contagious. His love of plants, flowers, food, and people guided his work. He loved all nature. He loved dogs and they loved him. He will be missed dearly by his 4 dogs and the dogs of family and friends. On Tuesday, November 29th at 2pm, we will come together to show our love at the North Sacramento Funeral Home 725 El Camino Ave.

I don't know if a family member can reach out to me on Facebook? I'd really appreciate it. You can message me Andrea Melissa Combs... Tor was so freaking awesome. Larger than life. He was so kind and an amazing friend. Omg finding out this way has hit me like a ton of bricks. He loved his family so much. He always knew how blessed he was when we were in school.amd even the Yeats we hangout after to have his parents.. and his brother and sister his little sister Terra he adored her.. idk I'm sorry to bring all this up. Today Aug 6 2017 8yrs ago I awoke to a message that my own sis passed away over night and I lost my bro in 2010. I feel this pain as well.. stay blessed xoxo big hugs

I've been searching for him forever and just now seeing this. Omg I'm devastated. He has been heavily on my mind. Maybe spiritually he is coming through to me? He was my first friend at Grant High school when I started there in 1988. Dear Lord why am I finding out like this? I loved his family. His mom was always so kind to me not having a clue how tumultuous my own childhood was. Tor I love you always and have never forgot you. You me and Felicia or Red as you called her lol had some wild nights in your car (the Blue Bomber) that car was huge but we rolled for sure RIP

Tor was a very kind and caring person who will be missed by all. I had the pleasure of meeting Tor in July of this year. He and Michael started out as clients of mine but we ended up as friends. My sympathies are with all Tor's family and friends.

Tor was a fun loving person. We had lost touch over the years. I am so sorry to hear he is gone. He will remain in our hearts all that knew him, and that is how he will live on. My prayers are with his family and friends.
