Victor...you gave me opportunities despite negative comments. You took me under your wing and showed me the ropes. You became a mentor and a friend. You kept work separate from your private life, which meant my friendship with your beloved wife was never in jeopardy. It might have taken me some time to switch from calling you Vic to Victor, but you put up with my slips. You introduced me to your awesome Network group and I can't imagine working without them. But that's just you. You gave without taking, always thinking of others before yourself. The silence of your leadership is deafening. I don't have the words to express my gratitude for contributing to the making of who I am today, but I know I'm not alone. You touched so many lives and helped so many people. Thank you Victor. I miss you.

Tina, my heart goes out to you during this very difficult time. Victor was such a kind and gentle spirit, and I enjoyed working with him. I still struggle with my own loss of Marvin, so there are few words of comfort I can offer, other than to take each day, or hour, or moment one at a time. And approach each step with a spirit of gratitude. Love and hugs to you and the family. Marianne
